Mission Workshop

From the beginning, Cub Cadet has existed to help people realize the potential of their outdoor world. The original Cub Cadet garden tractor was built in 1961 to help the emerging suburban homeowner make the most of their property. Over the years, the way people live has changed, and we've challenged ourselves to truly understand and embrace their real needs. It's why the person who uses our products is central to everything we do. But this steadfast focus on understanding our customer doesn't just change our products or our operations. It changes everything. From the industrial designers' first sketch to the initial prototype, to our national network of servicing dealers and every detail in between, we have built our brand around the notion that it's not about the machine - it's about the possibilities. At Cub Cadet, we don't chase innovation for innovation's sake. We pursue technological breakthroughs in order to enrich your life. So when you see our yellow and black, whether it's on a lawn tractor, professional zero-turn, utility vehicle or something you've never seen before, know that every part, down to the individual bolt, is relentlessly focused on one thing: helping you to unlock the possibilities of your outdoor world.
