Nike reserves the right to update the Nike Product Launch Policy at any time without advanced notice. Any breach of these policies will result in an immediate removal from the Nike Affiliate Program. Nike also reserves the right to retract any commissions paid to its affiliates for any Nike product launch sales driven from the above listed behaviors.
